Sleeping on the ground..

I tired it for about a month. They say it is good for the spirit. In my feng shui books it also said it grounded the person's soul. Then I saw a picture of Erykah's bedroom and she also sleeps on the ground. I also remember in her video's The Light with Common and The Otherside of the Game with Andre, she had the beds on the ground. So I wondering after years of sleeping on very high beds, am I sleeping bad? I think I like to be elevated. It puts me closer to the sky, in the sense. But in respect to sister Erykah, it is a very enlighting experience. I dont know if I felt grounded but then maybe I all ready grounded. Maybe I need to be lifted...
